Refunds and Exchanges
All of my products are handcrafted with care so if for some reason there is a problem, please contact me asap so I can rectify it. My aim is to provide quality products and for you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 30 days for a refund or replacement if there is a fault with the product.
If your purchase isn't what you were expecting I am happy to exchange within 2 weeks of you receiving the item. Postage for exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment can be made securely through Paypal. Paypal is
a secure site that you can use with your credit card or linked savings account. You don't need to have an account with
paypal to use this service, you can log in as a guest to
Payment can also be made via credit or debit card.
We use Australia Post and unless specified otherwise, parcels are sent via regular post which has a tracking facility but no
insurance. If you would like your item insured please
contact me, extra fees will apply.
Regular post delivery is approx. 2 - 7 days depending on destination.
Contact me if you would like your parcel sent Express Post. Extra charges apply.
If you live outside of Australia please send me a
message and I can give you a price for
shipping to you.
